Who are You? We are The Treasure Trove. Located in Central Washington State. Our Web Sites have been serving the Online Community Since 1995. Our Secure Server makes sure your credit card info is sent as Securely as possible. We also take orders by fax, mail and even have a Toll Free Number for your convenience. What are your hours? We are normally available between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific time by phone. Our Secure Server of course never takes time off and is available 24/7 and 365 days a year. What payment methods do you accept? We take Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover on our website by phone or faxed in. We also take Paypal on our website and payments can also be mailed to us. Please note that if you pay by check your order will be held for 14 days to ensure it clears our bank. Please note that your credit card bill will show "The Treasure Trove" as the vendor. How long does shipping take? We normally ship within 2 Business days. Delivery can take anywhere up to 14 Business days after the order is placed. Please understand that during Christmas Rush, Inclement Weather and delays beyond our control this can take longer. Once shipped a items delivery time is up to the carrier and we have no control over their schedule. What if our order is damaged in shipping? First do not return anything without prior authorization. If you have damaged product please email us at sales@ttrove.com or call us at 800-575-1811. We will need your name, address, confirmation number and the tracking number on your package. Please save both the package and contents for at least 10 Business days in case the carrier wishes to inspect it. We will file a claim for you and have a replacement sent as soon as possible. All claims MUST BE made within 3 Business days of receipt or will be denied.
